Founder Dean McFlicker began his career as an editor; he then became a creative director and, most recently, Senior Vice President and Creative Director of Promotional Programming at NBC.

 

Through the years, Dean helped launch countless hits including The Voice, This Is Us, America’s Got Talent, Chicago Fire, World of Dance, Smash, The Biggest Loser, Survivor, Star Trek Enterprise, and Friday Night Lights.

 

He also produced campaigns for The Olympics, The Golden Globes, The Billboard Music Awards, The Blacklist, NYPD Blue, ER, Law & Order, SVU, Days of Our Lives, The West Wing, and many more.

 

Notably, Dean has expertise as a problem solver gifted at making something spectacular out of nothing (winning multiple awards for his creative direction for all of NBC’s live musicals; from the original ratings phenomenon The Sound of Music Live to Emmy award-winning Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert to Annie Live).

Nancy McFlicker Teitelbaum is a communications, marketing, and events professional with extensive experience helping organizations elevate their brands, engage audiences, and achieve strategic goals through creative storytelling and impactful experiences.

 

After studying Radio, Television, and Film at Northwestern University and earning a degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Nancy built a career that seamlessly blends creativity, business strategy, public relations, and event management..

 

At Unified Women's Healthcare (UWH), Nancy was responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing conferences and events, managing every aspect from speaker recruitment and breakout session scheduling to exhibit coordination, collateral development, media relations, and promotional partnerships. She also facilitated training programs and focus groups, helping to strengthen engagement and communication across diverse audiences.

 

Nancy's nonprofit work spans numerous organizations throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Her contributions have included magazine publishing, website development, integrated marketing campaigns, multimedia presentations, fundraising events, and donor relations. She has worked closely with sponsors, board members, and community leaders to increase awareness, strengthen reputations, drive engagement, and support organizational growth.

She also directed marketing and advertising initiatives for the South Florida Jewish Film Festival, developing promotional strategies that expanded visibility and audience participation.

 

Throughout her career, Nancy has partnered with hospitals, clinics, biotechnology companies, and clinical research organizations, serving as a spokesperson and trusted communications advisor. Her expertise includes media relations, crisis communications, executive messaging, and securing local and national news coverage by identifying and preparing subject matter experts for interviews and public appearances.
